Our history
TACTICS was established in 1986 as an independent consulting company specialising in both customised training and documentation design and development. We have since grown to become one of the leading consultancies in performance support in the Asia Pacific region.
TACTICS is the exclusive licensee of Information Mapping® in New Zealand. We have trained thousands of individuals, in both the public and private sectors, since 1993.
