Agnes Espineda
Agnes is our Managing Director. Her background includes human resources, organisational development, cross-cultural management, and instructional design. Her exuberant and inspiring leadership style sets the tone at TACTICS. She fosters a communicative, collaborative approach that mirrors how we work with clients to achieve the success we enjoy. Agnes predicts the future of TACTICS by creating it NOW. Her transformative leadership has connected us to our clients in the Asia-Pacific region. She inspires, empowers, and takes pride in TACTICS being a place of realised potential. She is passionate about art and music and loves the exhilaration of travel.
Lianne Hansen
Lianne is our Operations Director, ensuring the smooth running of TACTICS’ daily business, and helping clients who need Information Mapping® training or documentation projects. Lianne’s commitment to our clients ensures the long term relationships that TACTICS is so proud of. She has grown up with Information Mapping® having originally worked at TACTICS during the early 1990’s before returning in 2001. Her secret passion is op-shopping and hunting for vintage treasures.
Charlotte Mill
Charlotte builds client relationships in NZ and abroad and manages many of our larger projects. She returned to NZ in 2008 after working for the United Nations in Geneva as an instructional designer, technical writer and facilitator. Much of Charlotte’s Information Mapped work for the United Nations has been translated into Arabic, French, Russian and Spanish. Charlotte’s academic qualifications are in anthropology and art history. She has travelled to more than 40 countries; is fascinated by art and cultural heritage; and loves to read, cook, dive, sail and ski.
William Gibbons
William manages the financial side of the business and joined TACTICS in 2010. He enjoys working with numbers and has a passion for accounting. Having only been with the company for a relatively short period of time, he already sees the numerous benefits gained from the day-to-day use of the Information Mapping® methodology.
