Break up the text

Lengthy paragraphs containing a mass of information and ideas don't communicate clearly – regardless of the quality of each sentence.

Clarify visually

Information Mapping® advocates formatting documents in a way that visually suggests the structure and hierarchy of information. You can make information much easier to understand by simply:

  • breaking up the text
  • adding headings, and
  • using bullet points.
